Braesyde
Welcome to a uniquely designed self-build house in the popular seaside village of Kippford in Dumfries and Galloway. Braesyde offers all year round luxurious, contemporary and spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests over 3 floors, enjoying amazing panoramic views over the picturesque Urr Estuary, the Galloway Hills and the Solway Firth.

South West Scotland offers visitors some of nature at its finest. It is rich in unspoilt beaches, forests, lochs and glens. Kippford itself is a perfect base for enjoying the area and especially its outdoor pursuits. 7stanes mountain biking, National Trust woodland walks, stargazing at the Galloway Dark Sky Park, sailing from the village marina, local golf courses and fishing are to name but a few.
You may be fortunate to glimpse red squirrels in the garden, and in the skies rare eagles, recently re-introduced red kites and even the Northern Lights. You will marvel at spectacular sunsets over Screel Hill in the distance.

Braesyde is ideal for holidays, retreats and gatherings, whether for families, friends or auld acquaintances that ne'er forgot. We hope you enjoy.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home! Everything was perfectly clean and well appointed. The views were breathtaking and we absolutely loved exploring the area. It was such a relaxing and wonderful location and we only wish we could give more than five stars. We were so very pleased with this home and were so very sorry to leave. We cannot wait to return! This was such a memorable and delightful stay!

Braesyde has given us wonderful memories of long summer evenings gazing out across wonderful scenery. A lovely retreat from the bustle of everyday life.

Darren, Glasgow
Having visited and stayed in the area many times we have always admired the house whilst enjoying the walk from Kippford to Rockcliffe. To have the opportunity of staying in the house is like a dream come true, and from the inside it is even more spectacular!
A truly stunning home with beautiful views and some lovely Scottish sunshine during our stay, made our New Year holiday extra special.

Rod, Aberdeen
The property was immaculate, fully equipped to an extremely high standard. Views and location exceptional.

A superb place from where to watch the world go by. We will most definitely return.
Kippford

A picturesque seaside community centred around a bustling marina, two country pubs and a village shop. Right on the doorstep are miles of lovely walks including beaches and National Trust woodland, several golf courses and, just down the road, the 7stanes mountain biking centre of Dalbeattie Forest.
